The Apparel Production Coordinator is the bridge between the Apparel Production team and department leadership. Still hands-on with daily production of leather patch hats, beanies, and promotional products, the Coordinator also helps the department run better by keeping operations moving, owning quality control, and supporting the manager with training new and existing team members. This is a high-trust role for someone who takes pride in craft, cares about the people around them, and wants to shape how the Hat Team produces Range-quality work every day.
Pay Range: $40,000-$60,000 / Year
Position Overview
- Coordinate daily operations of the Hat Team, including workflow, priorities, and daily production goals.
- Own quality control across all hat production — leather selection, stamping darkness, patch application, and final finishing.
- Assist the department manager with onboarding and training new Apparel Production Associates.
- Operate, adjust, clean, and maintain production machines.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to production flow and efficiency.
- Uphold and reinforce Range Leather's standard of quality across the team.
- Demonstrate compliance with Range Leather policies, procedures, and standards — and help teammates do the same.
- Maintain an orderly, clean workspace and lead the team in daily cleaning tasks.
- Additional duties as needed.
