Most patch hats are printed and pressed by the thousand. Ours start as a hide and pass through our hands at every stage — which is exactly why they age into something better.
Step 01
Full-Grain Leather
Horween tanned us a leather built to hold its oils in place, so the brand stays dark, sharp, and full of detail instead of bleeding out over time.
Step 02
Heat-Stamped Patch
Heat and pressure deboss each patch, preserving the integrity of the leather while pulling ultra-fine detail out of the Texas silhouette.
Step 03
Applied in Laramie
We hand-apply every patch with our own adhesion process in Wyoming, a bond built to take whatever you throw at it.
